Biography of Jeff Lynne:

1947 - Born on the 30th of December at Shard End, Birmingham, England.   1963 - Jeff Lynne formed a band together with Robert Reader and David Walsh.

They were originally named              "The Rockin' Hellcats", then  eventually  changed to  "Andicaps".  1967- Lynne began as the frontman of a group called the Idle Race.

  1970 - Jeff Lynne accepted the offer of his friend Roy Wood to joined the band "The Move".  1972- Jeff starts Electric Light Orchestra aka ELO 1974- Eldorado yielding their first U.

S. Top Ten, the lovely "Can't Get It Out of My Head 1975- Face the Music went gold, generating the hits "Evil Woman" and "Strange Magic," while the follow-up, A New World Record, sold five million copies internationally thanks to standouts like "Telephone Line" and "Livin' Thing.
